TOTUM Villages offers 40 thoughtfully designed, fully furnished eco-houses of 800 to 1,000 square feet — available in one- and two-bedroom configurations — crafted to provide genuine sanctuary within the TOTUM Living campus.

Each residence is conceived as a private retreat: acoustically and visually discreet, yet steps away from the full constellation of campus offerings — TOTUM Retreat, TOTUM Axis, and TOTUM Corps.

Whether home to recovering compeers and their loved ones, visiting practitioners and researchers, NGO and foundation representatives, or institutional and government delegates, TOTUM Villages provides the calm, grounded environment that meaningful work and deep restoration both require. To bring this vision to life.

Grounding

TOTUM Village is built on the conviction that land itself is healing — that for Veterans and SOF compeers emerging from TOTUM Retreat, innovating at TOTUM Axis, or connecting at TOTUM Corps will be rooted and nurtured within a private, natural, and inspirational environment they call home.

Affordability

TOTUM Village is deliberately embedded within the same campus as Retreat, Axis, and Corps — not as an afterthought, but as the residential anchor that makes the entire ecosystem cohere — so that a compeer never has to leave the community that is holding their healing. The Village is not housing adjacent to the mission, but housing as the mission.

Proximity

TOTUM Village operates on an income-based rent model — structured at approximately 30% of adjusted monthly income — layered with federal housing voucher programs such as HUD-VASH and supported by USDA Rural Development financing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity, ensuring that no compeer is priced out of the community they have earned.

Community

TOTUM Village is designed around the human tendency to gather, linger, and return — with front porches facing shared green corridors, clustered cottage neighborhoods of 10–15 homes, common kitchens, and pedestrian paths that make accidental encounter the norm rather than the exception.
